How it works

World Time Hub detects your time zone in the browser and shows your current local date and time, updating live every second. Add any city to build a personal world clock — each card shows the city, country, local date and time, IANA time zone, UTC offset, and whether daylight saving time is currently active.

Because every calculation is based on the IANA time zone database, offset changes such as British Summer Time or US Daylight Time are applied automatically. You never need to look up or hardcode a fixed UTC offset.

Need to organise a call with colleagues abroad? The meeting planner lets you pick a time in one city and instantly see it everywhere else, flags times outside normal working hours, and exports the event to your calendar at the exact same moment for every participant.

Frequently asked questions

How does this world clock handle daylight saving time?
Every time is calculated from the IANA time zone database using each location's rules, so daylight saving (summer) and standard (winter) time switch automatically — including for future dates in the meeting planner.
Can I add any city in the world?
Yes. Search by city name and we map it to the correct IANA time zone (for example Europe/London or Asia/Tokyo). Your selected cities are remembered on your device.
How do I schedule a meeting across time zones?
Open the Meeting Planner, add the cities your participants are in, pick a date and time in any one of them, and instantly see the local time everywhere else. Then export the event to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
Is the time accurate?
The clock uses your device clock and your browser's time zone database. For best accuracy, keep your system time set to update automatically.
